i have just ordered some single side pcb copper and they will arrive tomorrow 🙂
But in the mean while I want to do some more test before do the final job on the pcb board. I have some spare melamine chipboard at home. The melamine will be quite good to do some test. Better than the MDF for sure…

I think that kind of depth cutting will give me the proper electrical isolation to my circuit.
The lower one is the first test. The second one was made with a lower cut depth (0.2mm deeper)
2 test at 2 different height (0.2mm difference)
